The real numbers behind the market - HDB resale medians and private $psf trends, by town and flat type, going back years. This is where Jimi is strongest today: ask it to explain any number, or compare two towns, and it'll answer straight from this same data.

Look up a specific block's own sale history and nearby comparables. Jimi can talk through what "comparable" means and how to read the numbers you see here - it won't tell you what to do with them, but it'll help you understand them.

What Jimi won't do
Jimi answers from real market data, but it won't tell you whether to buy, sell, or hold, or whether a specific price is a good deal for your situation. Jimi's a guide, not a licensed advisor, so Miji doesn't offer that kind of personal advice through Jimi - for that, you're always welcome to reach out to an agent on Miji directly.
